What trading platform do you offer?
We provide accounts on MetaTrader 5 (MT5)
What instruments can I trade?
You can trade synthetic indices available on our platform, including, Volatility indices, step indices, boom and crash, etc.
What is my leverage?
We offer leverage of 1:33 core plan.
We offer leverage of 1:1000 Global plan.
Do you charge commissions?
No. TraderSpringFunding does not charge per-lot or per-trade commissions. Any network fees (e.g., crypto gas) are the responsibility of the user.
How do drawdowns work?
Daily Drawdown: Maximum 5% of equity for core plan,
calculated at 00:00 UTC.
Max Drawdown: Maximum
10% of the initial balance for core plan (static).
Daily Drawdown: Maximum 4% of equity for Global
plan, calculated at 00:00 UTC.
Max Drawdown:
Maximum 8% of the initial balance for Global plan (static).
What are the profit targets?
Two-phase evaluation. Phase 1: 10% target.
Phase 2: 10% target. For all plans
No profit target once funded, but all rules must be respected.
What are the consistency rules?
Lot Size Consistency Rule: no trade should exceed 2× or go below 0.5× of your initial lot size.
What are the minimum trading days?
You must trade for at least 5 separate days in each evaluation phase.
Can I hold trades over the weekend?
Yes, weekend holding is allowed unless otherwise notified.
Are there any restrictions on strategies?
You may use your own strategies, but HFT/latency arbitrage, martingale, tick manipulation,trading without SL as profits made from such trades won't be valid, toxic flow, or copying from restricted sources are prohibited.
When is my first payout?
For Core Plan your first payout is available after
30 days on a funded account.
After that, payouts are
bi-weekly (every 14 days).
For Global Plan your first and subsequent payouts are available after 30 days on a funded account.
How fast can I get paid?
Payouts are typically processed within 24–72 hours after approval.
How are withdrawals processed?
All payouts are made via cryptocurrency for fast and borderless transfers.
What is the profit split?
Profit split starts at 50%, increases to 60% on the second payout, and up to 70% ongoing.
How many accounts can I have?
Your accounts may total up to $200,000
Do you offer free trials?
No, we do not offer free trial accounts.
Can I reset a challenge?
If you fail your challenge, you may purchase a new one and restart.
How do I scale my account?
Consistently profitable traders may qualify for account scaling to higher allocations over time.
How do I become an affiliate?
Our affiliate program is coming soon. Updates will be posted on our social media platform.
KYC & Payout Policy
KYC Requirements: Full name, country, and crypto wallet address. For larger payouts, we may request government ID or proof of address.
When KYC is Needed: Not required to trade or join. Required before your first payout. Extra checks may apply for large payouts or compliance.
Payout Security: All payouts are via cryptocurrency (24–72h). We are not a broker and not affiliated with Deriv. All accounts are simulated.
